i feel so bad for the slanted poles... its cold enough in poland that leaning into the wind makes it even worse.
besides that, if you dont want to hear the opinion of a proven left wing editorial newspaper, then by all means don't read it. i know i don't, just like i never watch the steaming pile that is fox news. the only way to garner the real news is to look at an overview from different sources and glean what you want to read from that.

No media can be completely objective, no matter how hard they try. Reporters' and editors' bias will always slip in somehow, often without them even realizing it.
Having said that, some media outlets, thinking mainly of print ones here, will come right out and tell you. For instance, if you're reading National Review or the Weekly Standard, you know you're getting a right-wing slant. Similarly, if you're looking at The Nation, Mother Jones, or the Village Voice, you're getting a left-wing slant. I have no beef with any of these - my problem is with outlets like the New York Times, Newsweek, and CBS News, who claim to be objective but really aren't, along with the liberals who attempt to deny the slant. But then again, if their views are left of center anyway, they probably don't even see the liberal spin for what it is, as they already think that way.
Boy, am I long-winded today...

The truth is in the elections and how the Republicans gerymander them, and get the Supreme Court to put a Republican in the White House when the popular vote was for the Democrat!!! The fact is that the news is fair and balanced, try watching the Fox News Channel or CNN, it's all in the readership or viewership. The more pricey the viewership the more RIGHT WING they are. Democrats are for the average person while RICH people circle the wagons on cable news.

I can fully appreciate your viewpoint, and I agree with you wholeheartedly. Let me recommend you visit www.MediaResearchCenter.org, or www. MRC.org. It is a very active organization holding the media's, including the nytimes and abc, nbc, fox, cbs, cnn, to the fire. I became a charter member for $30.00 and you can still do the same. You can visit the website and they'll get you to sign various petitions from time to time calling the "media" for what they are, and challenging them to be truthful. They are very active and very effective, and if you can afford the $30.00, I can say you'll enjoy it spent to become a Charter Member of MRC.org more than going out to dinner at a restaurant with your love or best friend. How do I know? Your hot-as-fire words sound just like mine not long ago. Now I make my words hit their target through the petitions from www.MRC.org. Give them a visit, and if you can afford it, become a Charter Member. You definitely will be glad you did. God Bless you.

So you would agree than that FOX news should label itself as the mouth of the radical right? In study after study people who get the majority of there information from FOX, don't understand what is going on, they just believe the slant the right puts out. The media has not gone after this administration as it should as if they did perhaps more people would realize the lies it puts out.

If the media is liberal yet, conservatives run all three branches of government, then one of the following two statements must be true:
1. The media is really not liberal.
2. The media is actually irrelevant.
Which is it?

What? There is media Bias???? Yeah, I don't know why most television reporters don't have (D-Whatever state they come from) after thier name. As far as I'm concerned, they are a treasonous group (NYT) and should be treated as such.
