I wasn't aware we needed guns to protect ourselves from the government. And this President is far from war hungry. He is working now so future generations will not have the serious threats we have now from terrorism and other nuclear wannabees. The first responder is the one who is blind to the truth, not those of us supporting the President.

Guns keep the prison population down without them in the hands of the people the police would stand no chance at keeping the thieves out of homes of the unprotected. A 45 gives an 75 year old a chance to live. Only the evil doers fear guns.

This is the most stupid question ever posted. First off, Americans don't need guns to protect themselves from the government unless of course you are referring to criminals. Second. What do you think we should do? Let them bring the war to us? You're probably one of those stupid demo-craps that think 9-11 didn't happen. It was all a conspiracy. Right?

In 2000, there was no indication that he was War Hungry. In 2004, the voters judged that it was unwise to change Horses in mid stream.

actually it's kind of cool the way it works. The government doesn't take our guns away because they say if it is necessary to over to protect our selves against foreign invaders we should have them and it also says if it is necessary to over throw a corrupt government we can have them. Kind of makes me proud to be an American.
