What do you men "can affect"? Have you ever noticed that some of these guys look and sound like they were pickled for decades.

it depends what you mean by "booze". If you mean actual alcohol, then I presume that they would be affect them the same way most people's minds are affected. If you define "booze" as a metaphor for something intoxicating and inhibiting, then yes. Given the previous and current behavior of today's politicians, and how humans overall are susceptible to temptation, then "booze" can effect their minds. To summarize, "booze", in both alcohol and metaphorical form, can effect the minds of politicians.

Alcohol depresses the inhibitions which essentially means that a drink will make one seek the easier option and a lot of drinks will make one seek the easiest option. Incredibly, politicians are the same genus and even species as you and me (I know) so just think how a good soak would affect your judgement.

I'm sure it does , they need to make all polititians take drug and alcohol tests since they want to make all of the american people become subject to all the laws they vote in . The laws should apply to them as well , even more so since they are leading our country .
