Okay I understand that the president is not king and that this is a democracy. That is a given. However, a democracy is a system of rules. Rules that we vote on to maintain some semblance of order. Now, maybe the presidents strategy toward foreign policy has been questionable but he is the one making the rules for the next year and a half. She went to Syria to satisfy her personal issues with him, at least thats what I assume, because she couldve easily gone to him and gotten an approval. So why then, if she would do this to disrespect the office of president, should she not be charged under Logans Act?

Why is it the left believes Conservatives are trying to strip them of their freedoms? Murder, destruction of public property, and treason are not considered "freedoms".

This is not a political question, so keep the answers to the question, not your political leanings...

Before 9/11, Hezbollah was the main source of terrosism. After 9/11, It was shifted to Al Quadia. My question is if we are declaring war on Terrorism, why do we not attack Hezobllah too? We know exactly where they are, and due to the fact of them being a political party too, who the top people are?

I am tired of the paddycake squad in the UK: your PM advised Bush (don't you remember?) after 9/11 to re-order the world because the 'pieces are in flux'. That means, you need to turn on your beloved Labour Party (yes the ones who bribe you with state benefits) to change the policy. But because you are already fitted up by the Party, you will just whinge. Pathetic.

reading the litany of transgressions perpetrated by the democrats and i agreed with every single one of them and they are pretty bad. the best reason i can come up with that they do these things and get away with them is because they CAN!! can you blame them for walking all over the republicans when its so easy? my question is, WHEN WILL A STRONG CONSERVATIVE COME FORWARD AND LEAD THE CHARGE TO STOP THEM???

Did Newt wilt? Did he sun himself too long? Is this his "out" in the presidential race? Does he not want to run? After his warm and fuzzy contact with the ideology of Kerry, the enemy, I question my support of Newt. He can befriend; he cannot cross so far over the line. He did the same thing with Hillary. What party was he from again? Does he think an end to partisanship is the way to go for his campaign? Newt, don't try to fix it, just get things done for your party. Fixing partisanship happens when things get done by an adamant president who fights for himself. Gingrich is on the wrong foot. He's not connected enough.

I support the environment, but not the stance that man is the cause of global warming. And I hate sounding apologist like the Republicans seem to be doing. He even distanced himself from Bush. Why on earth would Gingrich group hug Kerry and acknowledge global warming? Did he fail? Did he lose his backbone? What was his game? I'm so disappointed.
