a better leader does not necessarily equate to a better government, however a better leader can contribute to a more efficient and effective (better) government . leaders are just one of the many factors that affect the operations of the government. other factors may include the performance of civil servants or bureaucratic personnel and even participation of the common people or, in other words, an active civil society.

We had a great leader in Ronald Reagan but I don't think the government rose to his level but it did get a little better. If the government did rise to the level of President Reagan we would have a united and strong country instead of a divided and John Kerry wimplike state into which we are headed.

yeah why not, basically leader should be complete representative of the society. Leader should possess out rightly very open approach, so that government can be of very useful for the public, but in actual reverse happens, leader tries to become very useful for the public. In my view Leader should be treated as reflection of Government.

That depends on what your view of Adolf Hitler is.

Long answer = yes, but the best government is the goverment of the good 'ol USA.

unfortunately no. there will always be people like nancy pelosi who will think nothing about exploiting anyone or any situation to enhance a gain of power. in any country as large as the united states you will always have a representative amount of extremists like that in goverment and theyre always difficult if not impossible to educate or rid yourself of.
