People tuned in to watch Katie, she doesn't spew hate like Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly. That's the difference between FOX and CBS.

Well, when they hired Couric, it was purely a profit-driven decision. She was wildly popular in her morning show and they hoped she would pull her viewers to the new show. And it did...for about 2 weeks. I'm sure they are now rethinking their decisions. However, I'm also sure Couric has an iron-clad contract, so we won't see her go away any time soon. But when the contract comes up for renewal....

Edit: Adam T...So you are saying that only a Lib is worthy of being a TV talking head? You must be, because Couric is as obviously Liberal as they come.

Just add Morey Shaffer and Dan Rather. The answer is obvious.
CBS has a far left wing political agenda they promote.
It ISN'T about the money.
It is ONLY about furthering their cloaked LEFTEST , MARXIST, COMMUNIST anti-American agenda.
If it was about TRUTH and LOGIC, the first questions they ALWAYS ask wouldn't be "How do you FEEL about that?"
To them, it is all about emotion because emotion EXCLUDES logic.
Where there is logic, their agenda cannot succeed!
