on a joint green renewable energy program with the goal of producing 100% of both countries energy from domestic green clean renewable sources in 100 years with the goal of an 1% a year increase in over all energy production both countries consume annually? Why not it would be good for both countries equally, wouldn't it? Other countries could work for the same goal in concert with us if they wanted to, couldn't they? Hey, if a mutually benifical agreement that improves both sides standings can be achieved to replace hostile relations then why not?

We have been bombarded by the media by labling people liberals or conservitives, why?

What has happened is split beliefe structure in our country, the media loves it because we watch just here our side make a statement.

But really what is our side, or to be me more accurate what is your side?

Are you a liberal, a conservitive, or an American?

Honestly why can't we focus on keeping the Muhamed Attas out this country instead of sending troops to stir up even more hatred over there? I consider myself a liberal and don't have a problem with immigration as a rule. Also yes I know Saudi Arabia is our ally, my question refers to the majority population not the government.

If I was a millionaire and could pay through the butt for everything I need, then it would be hard for me to understand that the vast majority of society counts on government services and protection. Unless I was very well versed in the mechanics of the economy, I might not understand that the stability created by this society is what helped me amass all that wealth, maintain it, or make it grow.

There will be a woman President and It will Be Hillary......the first women president...that's a given no matter what!?
The first African American Presdient not in 2008.....
But the potential for a double Historical event......is possible and feasible....and a sweep..... Hillary for President and Obama Vice president .......landslide victory
Now that would, be a glorious victory For the American people. Don't you agree?

Should foreigners (non-citizens) be allowed to come onto US soil and publicly burn our flag, vocally advocate the overthrow of our government and its leaders, denegrate our society, and enjoy protection of free speech rights, the same as US citizens?

People who were found to be innocent after being held for anywhere from 1-6 years in Guantamo Bay are not being released because we have no where to send them. In our rush to accuse, we have tainted people where they are now persona non grata for crimes they did not commit ( or we could not even prove they committed). There are currently 385 prisoners there and according to our OWN government, most of them will be released because they were not guilty. When all is said and done, out of the 385 prisoners we held ONLY 60-80 MIGHTbe put on trial, the rest freed. Have we not just created yet another level of hatred for this country with boneheaded tactics?

It would just stay at the same place. For example, it cooled between 1940-1970, during the same time there was a drastic rise in CO2 emissions which lead to ice age theories. Then it started to warm, and now the warming theories. Rather than blame man for Global warming, wouldn't it make more sense to acknowledge that the earth is constantly changing?

If 911 was planned by jews or Bush or whoever, wouldn't it have been a really poor job? Why make the cover a plane crash and rely on "the fire" for weakening the superstructure? Knowing full well that people with no concept of physics would question this untill the day they die. I mean.. rosie says fire can't melt steel, do you think she will change her opinion any time soon. And if the demolition charges exploding were so easy to see isn't that really really poor planning? I mean, anyone could have guessed that someone might point a camera at this event.. right? Wouldn't it have been easier to just park two truck bombs in the basement? Or did they already do that under the guise of the blind shiek? Yeah.. that must be it.. they used that one already. And what did america gain from invading afghanistan? They should have just cut to the chase and framed iraq so they could only focus on the one country.

Are they using twisting logic to interpret the following quote, from Bush, as saying that?

"It is true that many nations believed that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction. But MUCH of the intelligence turned out to be wrong." Said Mr. Bush, "We did not find THOSE weapons."

====

What reading level would one have to finish, in order to realize that is not an "admission of no WMD", but saying that some intelligence was wrong, and we have not found the ones we were looking for?

I have, several times, challenged liberals to back up the insults they spew about our President. Accusations, such as, "he lied", and "he started a war for oil", and "he and cheney are making money off the war". I have yet to see a liberal be able, or be willing, to do so.

Why should we take liberals seriously, when they can not back up their allegations?

I have recently started keeping track of email transactions with these liberals:

I would actually blame
death tyrant Bush,he's not making matters any better and his craving for oil and world domination is killing lots of humans everyday. He wants to veto a bill,a bill that would save lives, which means he forbids it and wants his looney war to continue.Blood oil is what
war ape Bush and his Dick Cheney is going to get.McCain isn't going to be any better,he's a Republican, meaning he is obviously for war.The upcoming election might just be rigged to make McCain president just like Bush's.Ninny Bush is more of a threat than any one else and he is risking the safety of his own people. All of the above is why I would blame neanderthal Bush (Satan) if the USA got wiped off the Earth.Who would you blame?

Oh Iran, oh bejeweled land
Oh, your soil is the wellspring of the arts
Far from you may the thoughts of evil be
May your lasting eternal be
Oh enemy, if you are of stone, I am of iron
May my life be sacrificed for my pure motherland
Your love is my calling
My thoughts are never far from you
In your cause, when do our lives have value?
May the land of our Iran be eternal
The stones of your mountain are jewels and pearls
The soil of your valleys are better than gold
When could I rid my heart of your affection?
Tell me, what will I do without your affection?
As long the turning of the earth and the cycling of the sky lasts
The light of the Divine will always guide us
Your love is my calling
My thoughts are never far from you
In your cause, when do our lives have value?
May the land of our Iran be eternal

There seems to be references to an "Age of Enlightenment" in Europe around the 18th century. It seems that this refers to an age of reason coming to the fore, and not necessarily a golden age. Did Islamic countries ever experience this sort of thing?
