I am an American who is a moderate in the political spectrum.
I believe both the left and right leaders have become so used to power that they now look at their opposites as the enemy, not as a countryman with a different opinion.
I believe both left and right have indoctrinated their follwers along the same line of thought "If you are not with us then you are a traitor".
I believe until the masses think for themselves instead of swallow what the powers tell us as truth, we will continue down this path of a divided America till we fall.
I think we should be taking the best from both left and right to form a path down the middle which should get us out of the woods.

I am a registered Independent for many reasons.
One, my vote is more important to politicians that way
Two, I don't believe completely in either the Republican or Democratic agendas
Three, I believe in making reasoned judgments about every situation, and always picking what I feel is the best choice.

i am an American with liberal democratic ideologies.
however, if i disagree with something, I'm not afraid to break party lines....ex: immigration, i side with conservatives on this one..i don't think we should let everyone in, i think there should be very strict laws on who comes in.

"United we stand, divided we fall."
Splitting us into too broad stereotypes is just another way of 'the man' keeping us down. Better to keep us at eachother's throats than to unite and take on the real important issues of corrupt politics and failed legislature.

I am neither and I am both. I choose whichever views I think suits the situation. Labelling is just an easy way to group people together into as few groups as possible. It's just for the statistics.
