It sickens me that the media and people like John Kerry are so bent on tarnishing President Bush that they undermine the effort to establish a stable and freely elected government in Iraq. I'm not crazy about Bush either. What seemed like a strong and determined leader on 9-11, has become a punching bag for the media and the extreme left wing. And has conducted this war so indecisive and politically correct that we now have a true quagmire on our hands. When we had Al Sadr cornered back in 2004, we should have done away with him. Falljuah should have been stormed immediately, instead of after the 04 presidential election.
In 04 , this war went from bad to worst. All because we have to be politically correct in everything we do. These creeps we're fighting set off car bombs, and then when medical response teams arrive to treat the wounded, a 2nd bomb is detonated, as to take out the emergency responders. How can you defeat such a heinous force of killers? Not by being PC all the time

Or should they go back to legal status before the government tried to force its power to laws dating back to the Reagan era which severly ****** up our economy, the jails we have would not be so overpopulated with people who are NOT a danger to society, and people who have NO intent of hurting, and these people ranging from a pound to a kilo (2.2lbs.) to a amount the size of a penny being placed in a habitat with people like rapists and molesters and women beaters and killers. THose are the poeple that were first jailed when jails weres developed, because they werent safe for the society, and since the Reagan Era and the Republicans view of lock 'em up no bail strictness has caused people like u and me to be in an enviroment where its packed with criminals.

Like someone once said " You know the government has ****** up where the consequences of the drug are worse than the effects of the drug"

It was in the paper and the article was printed for terrorists and gave the details on how and where to set off a dirty bomb that would score the most kills. Why don't New Yorkers run them out of your city? A ballet to sales tax that newspaper $10.00 a copy should work. they are a disgrace to your city and our country.

Interesting story. Nike, one of the many US corporations who no longer hires American workers to make their products, is portrayed as "doing the right thing" by pulliing out of a contract to make soccer balls in Kashmir, where they pay workers $100/month, because children are also found doing the work. My question is, are they doing the right thing by going overseas for cheap labor in the first place?

the world knows what the nazi americans are up too, trying to control the worlds oil supply by force and oppression like in iraq,so is the new military build up in the gulf about looking after americas greed (intrest) or is it about trying to pressure iran to stop it's nuclear activites on its nuclear power stations.

How long will the people of the U.S put up with this B.S.? Prices are skyrocketing, Holiday bonuses for employees are gone, but C.E.O.'s are getting a fortune, while the working claass, those who ACTUALLY work for a living get less and less. The rich are getting richer, and there's less and less for everyone else. The U.S. is run by corporations now. I NEVER pledged allegience to the Corporate States of America, and would never give allegience to a republic had I known what it meant as a kid. I believe in a Democratic society. As long as there is a disparity between those who have, and those who have not, there is going to be strife in Our country. I personally think it's time for a revolution. It's time for the working class to take back Our country from the Corporations, and make America great again. Make it a country to be proud of. We can't even feed the starving here, but can afford to pay C.E.O's 1.8 Million dollars in Christmas bonuses. What is wrong with this picture?

one of the top reasons they seem to say we're in Iraq now is to "free the Iraqi people from tyrany"... the weak, poor people that needed America's help to survive... they are uneducated because of the horrible tyrany and we need to educate them... they don't have health care and we need to give them health care...

but yet I hear many of them saying bad things about the poor and weak here in America? I've heard several times that the poor are all lazy or they don't try... and I've heard Americans in general are lazy and uneducated from a poor education system... and the reason so many lack health care is because they are lazy and won't work for it...

shouldn't they, at the very least, want to fight for the poor and weak here in America too? maybe even more so than those in Iraq?

now... I think it's great that those weak and poor in Iraq are liberated... and have health care (that we're paying for) and have a chance at education...

but what about the kids in America?

There is this lie going around abou the the founding year of the National Rifle Association and the KKK, that they were both founded in the same year. They were not. In fact one was founded in the South, the KKK. And some time later the other in the North, the NRA.

Is is so easy these days to find the truth why lie?
