The History books are full of crimes against humanity committed from the last 4000 years of recorded history wheather it is Hindu Muslim Sikh Chritian or Jewish Religious laws their agenda was the same to kill and intimidate the people for their own gains. Lately THE ISLAMIC COURTS ARE RAISING THEIR UGLY HEAD SHOULD THEY BE BANNED FOR EVER .What is your opinion?

Imperialism was one of the most tragic periods of history. European colinial powers came into Asian and Africa with guns and ill-intentions. Much of the poverty in Africa is a direct result of the European practice of shipping the wealth of colonies to Europe. Should these European countries who had colonies in the past apologize?

In France religous symbols can't even be worn in public schools, and other areas i.e. crosses, hijab, etc. This in my opinion is taking it to far.

I saw on a NY Times Doc. French disliking the fact that religon was not totally seperated in our govt. for example "In god we trust" on the money, and the president being sworn in on a Bible. I can see their point. But banning religous symbols are ridiculous. A person has a right to express themselves however they want , and a truely mature person/culture would be able to accept the differences in others instead of being offended by them.

Before the French or any other Europeans start blasting our country, How about they clean up the mess in theirs.

Is it because the Liberal networks are mostly immoral and promote homosexuals and anti-american slogans, or is it because liberals promote the protection of criminals and terrorists while putting down hardworking Americans, or maybe because they are mostly atheist while the majority of America is Christian, or other? I think that part of the reason that the pilgrims came here was to escape religious persecution and that "Freedom of Religion" doesn't only apply if you intend to freely worship the Bible. The constitution of the United States clearly says that the government "Shall Establish No Religion", and though we as a country are clearly mostly Christians, our government has no official religion. Now that can be interpreted one of two ways: We can ban the use of all religious texts in our government, or we can include all religious texts not act like the Bible is the only acceptable one. I really don't see how people in our government don't realize that.

And the people that have concerns with "protecting American tradition" I would wonder if they think we should have only White Christian Men serve in our government because that's the way it was for so long.

No need to regard the Constitution, or unpopular opinions. You simply need to not like it/them and want get rid of them. Use your understanding of American values as your guide.

America is desperately short of energy supplies and needs to guarantee a supply of cheap oil.
However the American people would never agree to invade the likes of Iraq in order to obtain such supplies unless they were tricked into believing that America was in danger.
