America is desperately short of energy supplies and needs to guarantee a supply of cheap oil.
However the American people would never agree to invade the likes of Iraq in order to obtain such supplies unless they were tricked into believing that America was in danger.

Could be.
America was on Osamas side back in the 90's. They loved that guy.
MANY american officials who are still alive today, PERSONALLY knew Osama. And I can swear by that. Bush Senior for one.
The thing is, even if it was planned from within, which it probably wasn't, I don't think bush hates americas economy that much, the general public will NEVER find out. And if they do, it will be denied.
Simple and clear cut.

An agent? Should be more specific, really? Ben Ladin it appears has ties to the bush family and was working closely with the CIA at one time. I would imagine he was someone to contact to help the Afghans combat the Soviets back when that war was raging. It was another covert US operation, you see the Soviets were the ones preventing Heroin from entering Europe and a far and the CIA depends on that trade largely to fund its "black ops," not to mention that the mafia has historically depended upon this region as well for its opium, heroin etc. So I guess its quite feasible to say he's an agent or a covert contact and an investor and a front for a fall guy too. Last i read out of China / Japan sources though at the time was unconfirmed but credible that he was shot and killed as was his brother and brothers wife by elements within his own regime. Maybe that's why the News dropped Ben Laden like a hot rock. Duh? or Bah! Bah! Good answer, yes?

No, not even close.
There are smart people working at the Pentagon, smarter than what we could imagine.
They could come up with a more "connected" person to the Iraq situation, then Bin Laden.
Also you have to understand that his terror group was responsible, if I'm not mistaken, to the earlier WTC bombing, in the garage.
So for the US it would have been a very long and costly project of "persuading" the American people for support. As I said again, there are way smarter than that.
What I advise you to look into is how in the majority of Muslim countries religious leaders brainwash their followers, to hate you and I, without knowing anything about us.
There is a lot of information that US is "filtering" not because they want support for the war, but because they don't want everyday people to be intolerant towards Muslims here.
If the pentagon would truly bring out their manipulation/propaganda arsenal, believe me, we wouldn't analyze these things...we would be nodding at everything.

There are many conspiracy theories to suggest that was what happened.
After all, the Bin Laden family had close connections to the first Bush administration, and the only planes allowed to leave the US on Sept.11th flew to Saudi Arabia.
Watch Farenheit 9/11.
It says much about it being 'planned'.

Good theory. I doubt its true its probably more like the americans were behind the attack and they just needed to blame it on someone, but laden probably has nothing to do with it.

The Iraq invasion had nothing to do with Bin Laden. That was about Hussein's reluctance to turn over the WMDs (probably because he didn't have them). Afganistan - not Iraq - was the Bin Laden conflict.

sure, he had been working for CIA since 1980. Even now he has become tool of CIA. he has assisted BUSH and provided him a chance to occupy MIDDLE EAST. he is working against the interests of muslims.
