Can you imagine if a paper in 1944 would have let the Japanese know that thier balloon bombs were reaching the west coast.Those Americans would have done something.

Because the New York Times as most other major media in America would do whatever they could to discredit the president.
I'm not crazy about President Bush, and believe he has made a slew of mistakes concerning the war in Iraq. But when media giants like CNN air footage of a US Soldier being shot and killed by these so called insurgents "Iranian backed, trained, bought and paid for thugs" it truly undermines the entirety of USA's armed forces. I believe this whole embedded reporter program the pentagon has allowed for the media is insane. They might as well send Al Jazeera journalists along with our troops as they engage in combat operations.

You obviously have some thing against the NY times,..probably because they are not a Conservative news paper..What proof do you have that they are aiding terrorism in the USA,,the fact they are critics of the Bush administration ?
