This is sounding like the type of controversial american question that some americans think they are "special".
Guess what...there ARE some special americans....and there are also some really wierd ones too.
I know this because I don't live in the USA....and we've met a LOT of really wierd ones...and all we have to do...is watch CNN...you'll see a LOT MORE wierd ones there..LOL
so...yes..you ARE more amercian to me...because I don't live in the states...
what makes me so special, is that I live and breathe and take care of my family through hard work and love.
I think I am special because of the love that is shown me by my family,,and I hope that you have that from your family too.

The question is absurd, degrees of Americanism makes no sense, it is an either yes or no situation. Now if the question were "how good an American?" it would make some sense, but is subject to definition of good American.

though your question is unclear, I have a feeling it's one of those why Americans think they are so much better than everyone else questions..... I got news for you we DON'T! - however we do love and appreciate our country... we fought hard to make our country the way it is, our Ancestors blood, sweat, and tears created this country so we do LOVE our country.... yes I love my country more than Australia, UK, Germany, France, etc... because it's MY country- as far as the war in Iraq goes... it's not that America thinks we are so great... though I don't agree with the war.. it did start because WE were attacked....someone attacked our country and so now we have a war on terror to make the world safer for ALL countries- OUR soldiers are dying to keep other people in other countries safe..... - but I do think this war in Iraq is going in the wrong direction and so does the majority of Americans think about the war in Iraq
The one with the joke about the Aliens and that the rest of the world hates us... it's ignorance.. if the rest of the world hated us we wouldn't have the immigration rate we have... people just want to come here.. we don't advertise.. they just want to come here.. so I have to think the rest of the world does not hate us... we are still one of the most popular countries to come too..- The reason all this crap started about Americans thinking they are better than everyone else was jealousy many years ago... we were the youngest country and yet affected many other countries and they way their country was ran... NO we are not the only FREE country, but many many countries based their government on our "idea"
So please stop with your childishness... we love our country, we appreciate our country and there is nothing wrong with that.... get over yourself and live your own life and stop worrying about us

At least I didn't try to get out of jury duty. I did my civic duty and was glad I did. (You wouldn't believe how many times I've seen people asking how they can get out of it.) I'm not in the military so I can't serve in that respect, so the least I could do was serve on a jury.
