I mean isn't it obvious that Republicans are evil knowingly raising taxes on the poor and giving more to the rich. And not to mention how they are so eager to go to war anytime there's conflict else where in the world. That's been the history of US that's why we're so hated and yet the Americans who still think that US crap don't stink are in denial. RED = EVIL BLUE = GOOD

Several American cities have already voted to make it the official lowest police priority. This directs more resources toward preventing violent crime.

My boyfriend, has a badly infected finger. He is a veteran (served in Iraq for 13 months) and does not have health insurance (we're both full-time students). He went to the VA to have it looked at and they said that they can get him in until mid-FEBRUARY!!!! For an acute infection? Why don't we give the VA more funding...and don't say it is the Libs...we have had a R-Congress and President for 6 years. I just don't think that any party particularly supports the troops more than another, unless of course sending them to war is considered supporting them.

The Syrian Muslim Brotherhood (SMB), in alliance with the ex-vice- president of Syria, Abdul Halim Khaddam, a staunch Ba’athist, have opened an office in Washington DC. The aim of the office is to infiltrate the US government and influence its apathy towards political Islam. and this......Congressman Conyers is sponsoring the Orwellian House Resolution 288, apparently seeking to criminalize criticism of Islam.

I'm looking directly at you, Hillary! She doesn't care how many people are killed in Iraq. She doesn't care how many human lives die due to abortion. She is a madwoman who probably gets off to the thought of innocent people dying. I'm embarrassed to live in the state that elected her to Senate!

I'm very interested in what real Americans think, not how the media want us to think of you.

We are told that current young generation is the first generation where, due to being too fat, members are not expected to out live their parents., but the Government is raising the pension age to 68 by the year 2046 due to 'increasing longevity of life'.

I assume this means that there will be a generation with members dying before they reach pensionable age, and that any chronic obese people aged approx 20 years will be paying pension contributions of which they stand little chance of getting back in later life.

Should parentspay for their children's education, and be able to choose schools? More like a business model? Perhaps if money was on the line, parents would be more involved in their children's education, and teachers would be competing for jobs, instead of being tenured? Also, it would release a tax burden on those who don't have children. What do you think?

How many readers here think Hilary Clinton will run for president in 2008?

How many think voters will actually elect her?

I say "yes" to both, and it would indeed be a scary time for our country.
