please be as accurate as you can possibly be, this is for a small homework exercise, I would like serious answers... thanks I have to be able to statistically describe the results I find and so building yourself up doesn't help me.

I'd say a 7. I have basic information on a majority of issues and extensive information on a few that really interest me. However, no one is completely informed on everything. There are just not enough hours in the day.

I give myself a 10 because I read the Cogressional Record twice a week and keep abreast of the world and national news plus C-Span reports on the Senate and
House meetings.

yes, i would say 8, because there is a lot going on that only the govt. knows about.
