I just came back from town and not one young men or women cares. No tears. No quivering lips. What I did see and hear is this:.. "What is Rosy saying today? What did Spears wear today? What's the latest rap song? Is trump still mad at Rosy? What and who was on the view? Not one person is crying for the troops. None!!

I have Russian binoculars (BPC 7x50), looks like, maybe WWII or fow years latter, I dont know...

Anyway, it has 2 pairs of glasses that you can put over normal, colorless glas (the ones through you look), one pair is red (when you look through it the picture is orange), and others are green.

What is the purpose of these glasses??

my exhusband which i have 2 children with is in iraq and i havent heard from in about 4 months.he usually calls the kids once a month or atleast emails me or writes.and he always calls on xmas.so im trying to find out whats going on .i called the red cross and they wont help me.they said i have to get a hold of 1 of his family members .i dont know where any of his family lives.he has a wife that last i knew she lived in nc but i cant find her number either i called information and looked on the computer.my son is very worried about his father and he keeps telling me everyday he must be dead.what should i do?

Bush set to announce troop buildup plans By JENNIFER , Associated Press.

WASHINGTON - President Bush will tell the nation Wednesday night he will send more than 20,000 additional American forces to Iraq, acknowledging that it was a mistake earlier not to have more American and Iraqi troops fighting the war.

Seeking support for a retooled strategy to win support for the unpopular illegal war , the president will acknowledge that the rules of engagement were flawed because certain neighborhoods in Baghdad were put off limits by the government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, White House counselor Dan Bartlett said. "Military operations sometimes were handcuffed by political interference by the Iraqi leadership," he said.

Bartlett also said the Iraqis had failed to deliver on earlier pledges to commit more of their troops. "They (the Iraqis) are going to have more boots on the ground," he said. Still, The USA military will still lose like they did in Vietnam.

I leave for Ft. Benning in a month or so to go to basic training (11B). I would greatly appreciate any help with suggestions, tips and things specific to Benning and also things that I should memorize (like a code, creed or song for Benning). I am scared like crazy and could really use some help, thanks.

PS. Certain sites say I should memorize the soldiers creed (I am a warrior and a member of a team etc..) and others say the soldiers code (a protector of the greatest nation on earth sworn to uphold, etc...). Which one (or both) is necessary?
