I made a left turn at 8:47 AM on an intersection were left turns are not allowed from 7AM-9AM. There were cops just ahead with a couple other unsuspecting drivers that were caught. Of course, I got a ticket too. I have a Trial by Declaration due 8/23/06 and cannot ask for traffic school (took one 8-hr and one 12-hr already :-0). What would be the best defense?. I was thinking about mistake of fact, because my car's clock has the wrong time and that would account for the bad timing. But I think that's too weak. I need good ideas, please!!

I was driving home on a small one way street, just before pulling up to an all-way stop sign, I decided to dial my house. It was going to be a really fast call just to let my family know that I was close. I stopped at an all-way sign and saw an officer pull up simultaneously at a perpendicular street, at that point I took the phone away from my ear and put it on my lap with speaker mode. I signaled him to go first, he signaled me back to go first, as I drove by, he turned on his sirens and went after me and gave me a ticket, he said “it’s illegal to even hold a phone in your hand.” I think that’s a little absurd, I was on a tiny street with no cars and had the phone in my hand for only 10 seconds. I also own a headset and I would have used it for a longer call. I’d like to fight this ticket, does anybody have any advice ?
Thanks in advance.

I watched a television programme last night that showed a police car chasing a car on the highway and through built up areas at excessive speeds. The commentator pointed out various dangerous maneuvers that the chased car was making, overtaking on bends etc."Hello would he be doing it had he not being chased".Is it really necessary to put innocent pedestrians and other road users lives at risk, for what is sometimes petty crime,e.g. no insurance or tax or a faulty rear light. You may say "well he is a criminal" but is it really worth it.

Yahoo was notified of the security breech yesterday but has done nothing to stop him. REDDEN continues to harass people by changing the person's ignore listing and block addresses. REDDEN can only do this if he knows the person's passwords. Changing the passwords daily does not stop him. REDDEN continues to threaten to kill people. When will it stop? REDDEN is using his next door neighbor "Chris" to hack into Yahoo. What else are they stealing from how many people? How far will he go to terrorize people before he is stopped? How many people does it take being terrorized by WILLIS PAUL REDDEN before the authorities will stop him?
