Well it helps if you say what you cant have contact with.
1) the car's made no contact?
2) you may have no contact with this person?
etc etc
I assume (*** u or me?) you mean people so as was said before it means no contact whatsoever phone, text, letter, in person, in every context you can think of that would put you in contact with that person either verbaly, physicaly or otherwise.

"No Contact" is a term generally associated with protective orders. It means exactly what it says. You are to have no contact whatsoever with the protected party. No phone calls, stay away from the persons home/work, no 3rd party contact (tell his/her friend or relative something to tell the protected party something), and any other stipulations the judge decides to put on it. Most orders of protection spell out exactly all the limitations.

No contact means.You have to stay within so many feet of the person.You cannot contact them by phone or any other means.
You cannot talk to them through a friend or relative,it means to totally stay away.

Hmmm....recepient of a restraining or protective order?
no contact means just that. No phone calls to the wife, girlfriend, ex...whatever. no e-mails, no stopping by home or work if he/shes there.
Don't be dumb. If you're the one who got the order don't violate it. You (or whoever you may be referrring to) will be cooling their heels in a cell.

It means you stay away from the person you are ordered to not have contact with. Do not call them, write them, talk to them, etc. Stay completely away from them.

It means you are listening to a republican explain his political ideas to a fellow republican without mentioning how much money the other guy can put in his pocket. There is just no meeting of the mind or the pocket book in this case.
