What are the consecunces of a hit and run in the state of Texas?

No one got hurt! I was pulling out of a gas station and this girl ran the red light an hit me, I have insurance but for some stupid reason I got scared and left.

Depends if it was a us citizen, forget it, no one cares. If it was a illegal then you can have problems, may have to let the victims family move in with you
