I have a question for you. When you began participating here in Yahoo Answers, yesterday, Aug.11 to be specific, did you bother to read the Community Guidelines? I didn't think so. Then you wouldn't have posted a non-question (which can be reported as a violation if someone gets picky) announcing that you're some guy for us to direct our indian law questions directly to.
This is a online question and answer COMMUNITY which means a question is asked to the entire community to respond to--not just one self-appointed newcomer who thinks he's got all the answers on one topic.
You haven't even bothered to check out any of the categories where you might find some questions to answer yourself about indians laws or answer even one about anything. You don't seem too knowledgeable to me if you haven't answered one question yet.

The country where corrupt politicians, bureacrats and law enforcement guys are in nexus. Law is a joke for common man. Yes !
So tell me why one should be interested to know about any law in India. Has Indian parliamnet invented any meaningful new laws since last 30 years. Only thing they have done is raise their salaries and allowances.
You can get anything done anywhere anytime, if you have monet--don't have to know law.
Indian system is thankfully still running by God's grace; inspite of all those criminals running the country.
