warrant if you do not pay them, because the city has not issued a warrant status for me. It has been almost a year since i have recived those papers.

i've called the pO Department and they said that i dont have a warrant

They aren't going to notify you if you have a warrant. You'll just get picked up at the most inoppurtune time.

Make good on the check chisler and and glad to hear it's the one and only bad check you kited.

The longer you wait, the worse it gets. Pay the fine and move on.

yes it still becomes a warrant. it takes time to track people down who write bad checks but they will catch up to you. best thing to do is pay it off. not only does it cause legal problems it can mess up your credit rating as well...

No, it just goes to collections agency and ruins your credit for 7 years.

Go take care of it before it comes to take care of you! You don't want an arrest, get your picture taken etc.
