I live in the US, but my great-grandparents were from the UK and Ireland. I am not trying to be racist, but I hate hearing about how immigrants from the Middle East and other places are immigrating like crazy to the UK and US. I hate it because I view it as destroying our culture and mixing our people up. I think that people should live in their own country, in order to preserve their own culture. If they have a problem in their own country, they should face the problem and not be selfish and arrogant and run away. It's like the Jews. They were cowards and ran away in WWII and created a state in someone else's country, and look what we have now. They should have faced the Holocaust like every other Jew had to. In the US, we have illegal Mexicans going through the border. It frustrates me, because pretty soon, the Mexicans are going to be a large ethnic group. I don't want it. I think all of the people in the US and Great Britain should be European, and not Asian and South American.

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and Commerce Secretary Carlos
Gutierrez met with their Mexican and Canadian counterparts in Ottawa today. On the agenda? The Security and Prosperity
Partnership, which could lead to a North American Union. All of this comes without the consent of Congress or the American
voters and taxpayers.

Do you support this ?

Should they be able to do something that affects 3 countrys, and millions of people without our consent ?

What are your views ?

I've been trying to organize a new party to promote peace and unity globally to erase hatreds and stop wars.I intended to run for elections this year and form the new gov. with this mandate;if I would've won.I'me onhold right now because the gov. abducted my wife and young daughter from their home with the use of and threath to shoot through the door because they got angry & could not produce any warrant when asked. They first put my wife in a homeless shelter and then to an institutiuon and confined her with the use of drugs to prevent her from demanding her rights and from going back home. They denied us the right to remain together as a family and to leave the country and refused us the right to seek asylum elsewhere to escape their persecution. Also they ordered us never to return to our home ever again a result of which we lost over $200,000.oo in values to thieves. My daughter escaped and was sent over to Guat. by the councel who promised he would release her mom and bring her over

If Ebonics can be a real language, I think Spanglish can too.

I think America is the only country that still hates on the basis of color and race. Every other country, though slow in economics and technology, has learned to appreciate everybody. Maybe they do hate and have segregation on the basis of economics or social class but I doubt it has anything to do with color or facial features. I don't hate anybody because of their color because everyone is unique.

I know this question has been answered in various ways, but I desperately need some direction.

My husband, baby, step-daughter and I live in Mexico. We want to move to the US this July. I'm wanting to file the I-130 form for him so we can get his K3 visa and his daughter's K4. Will we have enough time? Do I need to file for both of them?

Would it be better to enter into the country as tourist and then send in the I-130 form? Are there any other visa options? I'm really concerned that we won't be able to get his visa in time. It's so frustrating to have to go through so much paperwork. Any knowledge you have will be appreciated.

I have been asked to help out a foreigner by signing some document which basically says I can be sued for things my sponsored individual does. They have all their paperwork in order otherwise (they're coming from China).

So, I'd like to do my part -- help out another fellow citizen of Earth. What if the tables were turned? "Do unto others"...

Still, I'd like to know what COULD POSSIBLY HAPPEN, in a WORST CASE scenario. The only asset I own is my house -- paid for in full, probably worth $250k. Is a family's primary residence a fair target for a lawsuit? Will we end up sleeping in our car? The reason I ask is: I'd get me a bigger car. =]

I'm a working-class professional. I don't have much money at all, but I make a good living. I'm NOT afraid of fighting some lawsuit in court, but I'd hate to lose my house.

What kinds of things can I REALLY be sued for?

TIA,
Jesse
