ahmed is right. but with some countries you get the visa upon arrival. so they give you a visa once you land in the airport. dubai is one of those. most islamic countries issue visa to iranians within hours. lebenon, syria, saudi arabia are just a few of them.

As far as i know all countries requires iranian to have a visa upon entering , even the nighbouring countries ( gulf countries , Turkey , Syria )
