I watched illegal aliens moan and groan about being arrested before Christmas. When is a good date to arrest crooks? And are those dates for U.S. holidays or Mexican holidays... or both? ICE needs to let us know... just like they gave Swift the heads-up about the forthcoming raid.

I intend to immigrate to australia With Work and Holiday Visa . Can i apply for permanent residency after afew years?
I know i should work there and i can't work in cities like melbourn , sidney , brisbane , adelide , perth .
How long does it take to get permanent residency?

yes you may think i'm stupid but i married a foreign guy over 4 years ago (now divorced) and i have recently found out (he admitted to me) that he had planned the marriage with me in order to get the visa etc so he could then bring his (new) wife and SON to this country!! (and he has succeeded) now can i do anything about this. does anybody know, surely i'm not the only one going through this pain!!

I know everyone will answer, " It's not about race or colour, it's about illegals & breaking our laws". Why does 99% of people here think 30,000,000 illegal aliens are broke Mexican's, or they entered illegally or they don't have money or they all make money and send it home?

An illegal alien can have entered the country LEGALLY and brought millions of dollars with him.

There are legal aliens that are having visa time issues that are successful business owners here pay taxes are millionaires, own vast amounts of property its time you people woke up from the ignorance and stop thinking illegal aliens are all broke and jumping fences.

The real problem here is the USA citizens that are defrauding the welfare system scamming insurance companies, screwing creditors and screwing the government out of taxes they owe.

I keep hearing about a fence being built along the US/Mexico border, set up with survallience and everything. Is this a huge media joke, or is it really in the works? My opinion is: we seriously, and truly need one built! It should be 6 feet deep and 15 feet high, set up with razor wire atop!

I was an exchange student in Stockton but after 5 months I returned back to my own country. Before I applied for a student visa before, our family is already a holder of a US tourist visa. I just want to know if I will be allowed to visit the US again for a vacation within 2 yrs as a tourist together with my family. Just confuse with that ruling of 2 year home residency rule. thanks.

Last summer I traveled to Cabo San Lucas and rediscovered Mexico! Wow! what a beautiful country! Wonderful town! Great food! Good service! High class condos? The Mexicans know how to build! They build to American standards. They are really talented! Many wonderful supermarkets! Home Depot, too! Fantastic malls with incredible architecture! Delicious food! Tons of people who speak English. Many college grads!
New construction everywhere!
That country is cooking!
Who would want to leave it!
They have all that petroleum, too!
Money comes to many people living there from tourism, business, manufacturing and international commerce.
Hey, all you illegals, there are millions of jobs waiting for you back home! You'll love it!

Don't get me wrong or call me a racist bigot because of my question. First things first, I'm PRO-Immigration, so long as it is done LEGALLY.

That would be 24 hours a day. How does he account for the travel time ?When does the illegal alien sleep ? Does he sleep On the job ? I was granted K3 visa and my daughter K4 visa at the same time. We got it last October, in the middle of my daughter's schooling. We were given 2 years stay here. I wanted to adjust myself here in the US before bringing her.say like six months so i can help her cope up especially that she's only 6. I left her with my mom and planning to get her here on March, the end of the school year. so she's in grade 2 when she gets here. I am afraid that her visa will expire. Does anbody know when will her K4 visa expire? It says in her passport that it will expire on 2008 but i heard it is only valid for 6 months. I need to get her out of the country before that time expires. Is it true?
