Thank you for saying what needed to be said. Unfortunately ignorance is bliss and there are a lot of blissful people on this board when it comes to knowledge of illegal immigration. A perfect example is how people have focused on your second paragraph, saying that you contradict yourself. The fact is that a person can enter the country legally on a visa, tourist, student, etc. If they do not leave when they're supposed to then they become illegal aliens.

Will the delusions of grandeur never end.If they are illegal and they are millionaires then they are most likely drug dealers/criminals because a Hispanic millionaire wouldn't have to enter into the USA via illegal means if he was a legitimate business man.Unless he overstayed his visa which I doubt he would.
Most illegal aliens are poor and do "jump" fences to enter this nation. They are poor people looking for that "better life" remember .You have a problem with facts( you offer none) truth
(you cant really expect anyone with a brain, to take you seriously)and reality.Wake up ,your statement doesn't hold water and you need a reality check.
The immigration law that requires that aliens be documented for legal entry. Those who sneak into the country are referred to as "entry without inspection" (EWI). Others enter with legal documentation and then violate the terms on which they have been admitted by taking jobs that are not authorized or overstaying the authorized period of stay in the country. Both types of illegal immigrants are deportable under Immigration and Nationality Act Section 237 (a)(1)(B) which says:
"Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this Act or any other law of the United States is deportable."

Great grammar!! But I guess I should be happy that you know some English.
How can an illegal alien enter the US legally???
I know that some Americans are defrauding the welfare system, scamming insurance companies, etc as you mention. But that does not even come close to what illegals are doing in the US so don't even try and go there!!!!!!!!!

and your question proves ignorance is abundant. Your second paragraph is, well, ignorant.
An illegal alien can not have entered the country legally, otherwise they wouldn't be an illegal alien.
Stop trying to legitimize illegal aliens. Of the 30 million, how many do you think brought millions with them. Are there some here that do well, own businesses, pay taxes, yes. probably several million of them. That doesn't justify the fact that they entered illegally, nor does it justify that every year the border patrol stops 1 million a year from crossing over illegally which means that 2 million get in. IT doesn't matter how many are on welfare, poor, receive medicade. What does matter is that they don't belong here because they broke our laws to get here.

They can have but they probably didn't since our government, like any government, would fall all over themselves to welcome someone who brought millions.
The facts are the facts, and most of them can't cover their own family's costs in education, which is ruining our schools.
People with money and options have more options to come here, as well, though it is true they have to, and should have to, wait their turn.
OUR people are the reason the services exist, and it is not up to foreigners to tell us who deserves our charity.
And your last statement is a reflection of your outlook on life, that 'everyone is scamming someone' which is a common outlook amongst criminals who try to justify what they do. It isn't accurate however.

possibly you're bearing on the former Senator Allen of Virginia. some style of written connection with this incident could genuinely be useful. even nonetheless, conceitedness and lack of information are no longer oftentimes score aspects for immigration officers. thinking the main important character of this tale replaced into suspended for his action, i could say that conceitedness and lack of information do no longer seem to be rewarded by employing the immigration service the two.

Um, you made your statement moot in paragraph two. You contradicted yourself by calling them illegal in paragraph one and Legal in paragraph two.
You can enter legally, but that does not mean you can stay legally indefinately. Just as in any country there are time limitations and proper avenues for LEGALLY staying and working in the country. Britain would kick someone out who overstayed their visa too. Hell they will nto let you gt hired over there even without letting all other EU citizens have a chance at a job first! ALSO, you can not even enter the country without proper verification of your identity and a passprt and a return ticket!!!
Why should it be different here?
Hypocrite. I could not go to Mexico and get away with being illegal over a month! I would have to have papers and a work visa!!! They would arrest me and deport me for living in Mexico illegally and taking a job there.
Percentage per population wise, the facts do not agree with your statements. I live in Texas, and I TAUGHT illegal immigrants English, and I am telling you, what you are saying does not pan out.

So much ignorance indeed. Some people think the mere word immigrant has connotations of an illega alien, so oft times they use the two interchangeably, which isn't true. But again, your assumption at 99% too may smack of ignorance. How did you do your figures? :-)

for those asking how can an illegal enter the country legally.....it happens; when they enter with a visa 'legally', then they overstay that visa hence becoming 'illegal'. thats how some illegals entered legally.

I agree with you in some way, but there is something that I would like to know, who counts and where do they get these numbers? If they are undocumented and come across the border without being seeing, how do they get these numbers? Its every human basic right to look for a better life, if it means coming here illegal, then let it be. They will eventually strive for the citizenship.
