After all if he bought a car using my name, legally it is my car. If he bought a house, legally it is mine.

If I find where he works why can't I go collect his paycheck and retirement funds (if he has any)?

Almost every year I get an "Additional taxes due" from the IRS claiming I owe taxes from a job 1000 miles away from my home!

Wouldn't it be a considered a gift if I locate Poncho and drive away in the car he put in my name?

Actually, you will have to prove to social security when you retire how much you made for benefits. Since you may not learn of the theft until you retire, you may not have kept records.

Too bad.

And sin, you should check up on this one.

I'd like to see you try and take his things, he'd probably beat that a*s down. But if you were so worried about it why don't you file a report with the police or whover handles that. Obviously he's helping you out your credit probably sucked before he started using it and now you have credit.

I have reason to believe that an illegal alien will use the name of a trusted relative, not your name. But if not, I would suggest checking with an attorney before you go get his car ot throw him out of his home.

Similar thing happened to a friend at work.

He went to (the alien's)
his bank and withdrew all his money.
He was arrested, it was not his money.
It was in Chicago

Two wrongs do not make a right....

Besides, what makes you think you deserve it? go out and do something about illegal immigration if you don't like what has happened to you. Don't follow in their pathetic, dishonest, loser shoes. Come on!!!!!!

He would not buy anything with your name, just your SSN. You can keep anything he puts in your SS fund.
