Your wife must petition for you. She must also promise financial sponsorship with form I-864; if she doesn't earn enough, then another American citizen or permanent resident must serve as joint sponsor.

Usually people ask their in-laws. Good luck. Depending on our religion, a clergy / imam etc. of a religious place like a church or mosque where you plan to live may sponser you.

Your wife should be your sponser. There is really no other reason to need someone else.
