This seems and easy fix, the program has been mandated, but agencies are dragging their feet.

"Congress ordered immigration authorities to set up a system to track foreigners in 1996 after the first terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, but the program never received enough money to get off the ground.

After 9-11, Congress renewed its mandate and promised the new Homeland Security Department enough money to set up an entry-exit system.

Since US-VISIT launched three years ago, authorities have recorded 64 million visits in their database.

They credit the new screening process with helping them to detect and turn back more than 1,300 criminals.

But Congress never set a deadline for a checkout system."

American values, authority (police, immigration authorities) culture and so on.
For example: A decal on the window of a truck that has the image of a Bad Boy Calvin urinating on the words La Migra.
Or the license plate frame (of a presumably illegal person) that reads: Too fast for La Migra.
Or one of those car window type plastic flag poles being flown with the Mexican flag being flown at the top with the American flag turned upside down being flown below it. (Flown by the way, from the illegally tinted black windows of a brand new, black expedition SUV.)
That sort of thing. I'd like to gather some evidence here to incite and outrage some of Sen. and Congressman into doing something about this invasion of our country by these insulant, illegal and very notorious criminals. They are making fun of our country and our system while stealing us blind and ruining our culture in so many different ways.
We have to start to legally fight back folks. Otherwise it's the finish of our world.

1- A Mexican,Nicaraguan, Guatemalan & so on, who cross the border, bare foot, no food or enough water to work the dirtiest jobs.
2- The Eastern European, who cheat the Visa System, get student Visas or Visting Visas, or Fiance/Marriage Visa, then screw the sponsor (spouse) or the Visa & overstay.
I think the 2nd because I have seen the Eastern Europeans abusing & using our visa generosity & arranging fake marriages.
i think EMPLOYERS who hire ILLEGALS should make JAIL TIME TOO & a HUGE FINE or SHUT DOWN HIS BUSINESS !

Undocumented workers is a politically correct term but inaccurate to define illegal aliens. An American teen can be a baby sitter and that is undocumented. Some Americans mow someone's lawn for them once a week, gets paid, and is undocumented. There are many other examples.

Keeping this in mind, should we be using the term 'undocumented worker' to define illegal aliens?

For many of us, who are neither 'laborers' nor 'farmers/big business' these agreements just seemed a pleasantly cooperative way of working with neighbors and expanding (theoretically) economies for all. However, they seem to have hurt workers, leading to mass illegal immigration and poverty not only in countries like Mexico, but here in the US where poverty is importing itself for the average taxpayer to cover in education and health care costs.

This article has some interesting points, I think.

Clearly trade agreements are not the only problem, but they seem to have created a turning point. I am rethinking the assumption that globalism is good, actually, at least until we can separately get our own acts together.

What do you think?

Illegal Mexicans make up the majority of crime in Southern California? Why are thier kids extremley poor performers in school with a majority drop-out rate?. We pay for thier schooling and they drop out. What exactly is so great about these illegals? They have no "racial" or "human right" to be here. They are a joke and a discrace to this country and thier country as well There is a reason that it is hard for illegals to come here legaly...to weed out the crap. When will this country wake up and see the truth? The reason i say Mexican is because they are the ones with this philosophy of "Human Rights" and land entitlement crap

Mexico sucks bad, the goverment is full of corruption, people make crap wages, its citizens is its top export, yet illegal Mexicans refuse to say their country sucks. They go as far as to wave the Mexican flag, while complaining about the way they get treated in America.

Why don't they just admit that Mexico sucks, and fix their goverment ?

wealth, how do we take it back and distribute it accordingly. white Americans have become a big pain in the butt for most Americans, we need to act now and put a stop to it, or the leechees will continue to consume all the wealth and resources just for themselves.

that only "native americans" should be called true americans. Does this mean that only if your family has lived in the same spot since before recorded history should you have full citizenship rights. Does that mean the Britons can ask the Saxons to please leave and let them have their country back? Of course not. How long should your family have to live in a place before you are considered a native? Mine is working on 440 years, is that long enough?

ruining the economy(if that is possible in Mexico) Now let's say those people are white...unskilled and have about 7 children each. Most of them don't speak Spanish and don't want to learn. Now those people are demanding thier human rights based on being oppressed by the "brown" skinned Mexicans. I wonder if Mexico would give all those people Amnesty because they are better, hard working people than the average fat, lazy Mexican.....I wonder

Latin illegal aliens are coming from many other countries, lets say Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Dominicana, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Cuba, Haiti, Bolivia, etc.
Talking about all illegals in USA as mexicans is a display of a partial knowledge, don't you think?

I hear people saying that illegal immigrants are breaking the law. This is a law made by man.The Lord never intended for this kind of law.Everyone breaks the laws of God every day.But you do not look at yourselves and the laws you break.
The Lord intended that all people should live together and love one another. That there should be peace love and charity. But mans laws have gone against the laws of God.It easy for people to say pray and ask the lord to help us in the time of need. But then people turn there back on him the rest of the time.Do you really think the Lord is going to help you in the time of need when the rest of the time you turn your backs on him?
The lord said judge not lest you be judge also the same.
He also said what you do to the lest of mine i will do to you also seven times more.
Love the neighbors as you love thy self.
man has the problems God has the answers.
The choice is yours to make.it simple.God or man.
I will follow God and his son Jesus

They are bankrupting hospitals, making the wages go down for US citizens because they work for lower wages, having the employers take most of our benefits away because they work at lower wages, making our taxes go up because they dont pay taxes. If these people dont give a damn, why should they be allowed to stay in the country?

We're a small country and quite insular in our outlook because we live on an island, we are not like the rest of Europe at all.

Are there simply too many foreigners arriving here?
or is it as the Labour government said that they there should be no upper limit to the level of immigrants coming here.
