jails overcrowded, paedos loose because there is no room , time to send immigrants who have commited crimes home to free up space??

In the USA, if an immigrant (in the country LEGALLY) commits a crime they must stand trial like anyone else and pay the consequences. IF they are ILLEGAL immigrants they also must stand trial, but THEY also face deportation. If they come across the border again and are caught it is a FELONY.

It depends.
Immigrant on short term visas should be deported. People who have become citizens or asylum seekers shouldn't.
THe problem of the prison system is a matter of an ineffective penal system and penal code that imprisons people for non violent offences. Even without immigrants it would continue to be over crowded.

Yes & No,if deported would they not just keep coming back?Some countries, if you are sent back allow you to carry on, with a message Better luck next time.

if a crime was commited against you wouldn't you like to see the perp punished? If we send them back to there countries they will not be punished and be free to break the law again.
