Instead of calling them names, and thinking that all of them are Mexican, or that there is a "conspiracy" to "invade" your country by some obscure La Raza movement, or burning the Mexican flag, or shooting illegals at the border....

Why don't you "retaliate" by rallying against those who let them in, or those who hire them?? Why don't you...

boycott Wal Mart??

Mexican Restaurants??

some local taxes??

freelance gardeners or baby sitters or housekeepers??

hand-picked American grown fruits??

your local, good-for-nothing representative???

It's a waste of time to attack the immigrants, who will always go wherever there's an open door to a better livelyhood. Hit the source of the problem!!!

unaffordable for citizens. If somebody goes to the emergecy room because they are illegal...guess what?...that costs more than a clinic. If you think illegals have no affect on the health care system that is like saying the wind has no effect on the ocean.

and so outrageously detrimental to the USA,how comes that such a major problem wasn't detected,put in proper perspective and taken care of sooner?Too busy?No way,the 'big problem' was home?Moral dilemmas?C'mon!

I don't know how many other countries have free speech, but we Americans do, and that includes us white girls. Certain people (mostly pro-illegal or pro-amnesty Mexicans) are blasting Americans, whites, women, etc. and I do occasionally speak out. And I don't expect everyone to agree with my opinions, but we should at least agree we have the right to speak them. Your thoughts.

10 years ago our fed govt averaged about 15,000 arrests of illegals at jobsites per year. In 2004, just 159 arrests. Also, border apprehensions are down 30%, even though attempted crossings are up.

That's what it seems like. I don't know why else you wouldn't wear condoms when you are that poor. I can't have respect for someone with 10 kids..who is here illegally and is still having babies. This is the norm for illegal Mexicans. It doesn't make sense

I plan to go back to my home country to visit my parent. Here is the question, I'm a green card holder, as long as I have my home country passport, I ready anytime to travel right? Or I need specific Doc. beside passport? I know I can not travel more than 180 days? How about my husband and my son? They both is a US citizen, how long they can travel abroad? many people askl me, why is it that illegals come to this country USA illegaly? the answere is bcuz they cant come to the US legally. its almost impossible for a mexican to fly to USA from mexico. if a mexican has a passport, he can fly almost all over the world exept the united states; so they have to take risks, they know that crossing the border is ******* dangerous, but they still do it. why, becuz its human nature to look for a better place to live no matter the risks; just like the british did and came toI look for a better place. maybe in the future americans could need help what if there is a desaster and america needs the help of mexico by evacuating to the south. its just common sence, the nature of a human being is to reach for their dreams and the only way for that, is to look for a place where they can make a life.. if its so hard picking up fruit in the fields and they still do it, just imagine how hard can it be in mexico where they dont want to be. just think about
