Immigration - August 2006

[Selected]: All categories Politics & Government Immigration

Well, i'm american, but, my mother is just a permanent resident of the united states. My mom lived in USA for 13 years or more, but we came to live to Dominican Republic 6 years ago, though we kept on traveling to USA till 3 years ago. My mom's residence was robbed, and, even worst, now is when she remember's that the maximum time for a permanent resident to be out of USA is 12 months, and she has 36 MONTHS :S !!!
Well, i wanted to know if someone has experience on this type of things and could tell me if she can get her residence back, and how.
(If it help's, we have a lot of proof that she was in USA and my father, my brother and me are US Citizens)

This is appalling. They are comparing illegal immigrants to terrorists! NOT THE SAME!

Essentially not much has happened from yesterday. She is still in a church likening herself to Rosa Parks and trying to be a martyr. (Sorry, I do have some sympathy for illegal immigrants, but this makes me gag.) However, after writing as 'pull the heartstrings' article as they could, CBS Chicago had a poll attached whether you think she should be deported. 83% felt she should go.

Click on the link and take the poll yourself.

Do you think this is the response CBS expected to get?

To know that in a few more generations the white race will cease to exsist , to know our great-great-great grandchildren will be nothing more than a mixed , mulato , mongrel , bastard excuse for a humanoid , a mutt culture that is doomed to its own hell of never belonging anywhere , without a bloodline to grasp onto , without a pride for their own race and people , a drooling , an oil and watered version of a person , how shameful it will be when they are asked , "Whats your heritage?" and they must answer , "Well my g-g-g granfather was a blonde haired , blue eyed , proud Aryan , but im a african-mexican-jewish-iraqi-puerto rican-french-italian-japenese-american".

Is it not a privately owned bussiness, and like many other privately owned bussinesses shouldn't I decide what other rules and regulations I should put as part of my bussines? So why should privately owned bussinesses that have things written only in a non english language be made to change?

Lets review their ignornance for a moment.

1. They state that if you want the laws of this land obeyed and enforced you are racist. They can deny it all they want but it's right there in their own words for all to see. Using their lack of logic all people in the world are racist because 99% of the population of the world want their laws obeyed.
2. They seem to think the economy of this country would collaspe if we had no illegal workers. Using their logic illegals have some magical economic powers that no serious study has been able to find.
3. Back to the "racist" issue, unless you can show me that our invaders from south of US border are Asian or Black they aren't a different race. It's called an ethinicity folks please learn the difference.
4. Yes they do have taxes withheld, almost always with a stolen Social Security Number so now we add identity theft to the list of crimes. Do you want your SS# being used illegally ?

Will you please wake up and smell the coffee now ?

See what I did there? I made a point that you can't take a small, radical faction and use it as an example for a whole group of people. (Explanation of said point is for the slow people who will answer. You know who you are.)

The big corporations that you in the right wing so admire and cherish routinely employ illegals to circumvent laws of social security and tax matching. If illegals were deported, these businesses would be forced to seek other means of avoiding high taxes(see:WALMART).

Who do you think would feel the pinch in a situation like that?

Like it or not, the USA needs undocumented workers.
