DV lottery 2008?

Hi!
Does anyone know how the winners of DV 2008 (US green Card lottery) will be notified?
By email or by postal mail like previouse years?

DV-2008 has not yet begun. It starts around Nov. 2006.

DV-2007 is closed and ALL notification letters have been mailed out. If you do not receive a letter then chances are that you are NOT a winner.
