You ahve to fill out many papers and be prepared to wait. Take lots of pictures together, have a bank account and other bills in both of your names. after you file the first form you will pobably have to wait about 6 months for your interviewwith immigration. They ask dumb questions for both of you like "where is you washer and dryer, what color is it, is it side by side or on top of eachother? who makes thebed in the morning? when is the last time you had sex?" Good luck and I hope you marriage is real and about love not papers.

you need to follow the procedure, follow the path to the green card, your spouse needs to file a petition according if you are in the US or abroad right now, then you apply for a SSN, with a paper Immigration will give you after you both are interviewed for the first time, then you apply for your AOE (Authorization of Employment, and then you have to Adjust your status to a permanent resident. GOOD LUCK!

get an immigration attorney. Pay them and let them do all the work. You will need to wait 3 years to apply, then 3 additional years for citizenship

you need to apply like everyone else. just because you are married doesnt give you an inside track or a fast track anymore. Get it going before your visa expires and you need to go back.
