Thank god for immigration, or else Americans would be stuck with barely edible food such as pot roast, baked potatoes, and roasted turkey... UGH! If it were not for immigrants, Americans wouldn't be enjoying pasta, wonton soup noodles*, Korean barbecue, sashimi, and tandoori chicken.

(*Wonton soup noodles chosen as the representative of Chinese food because it is perhaps the only Chinese dish widely known to Americans that is half-authentic. Other truly Chinese food wouldn't be recognised by most Americans =p)

I have a suggestion that I hope at least some will consider. These comments are made by people who, in the real world, are shunned and ignored for their ignorance and nastiness. They get no attention, and yet here (and I am guilty as anyone), we give them exactly what they crave. They want to incite anger, promote hatred, and they want attention. Let's stop giving it to them, shall we?!? Resist the urge to respond to the vile, hateful comments about your race, your country, your beliefs...just read the question, click on their name, report them (if applicable, and it usually is) and I for one will say a prayer for them. What you do is up to you.

I wish that comments and rational discussion would change their minds and enlighten their views, but they can only do that for themselves. In any case, today is the last day I waste my time and effort giving them the attention they crave and/or allowing them to anger me. Have a wonderful day!

tho you may feel for the plight of Mexican citizens does it ever make you mad that it seems all Mexicans are getting a bad rap because of them illegally crossing our borders and forcing themselves on this country? I would think those of you who have worked hard to become legal and do things the right way would be pissed at the way they are going about things.

Yeah I said Mexico. No I am no racist. I realize there are illegal immigrants from all over the world, but the vast majority is from Mexico. I do believe the fault is with the United States government for not enforcing the laws. Can this be fixed???? Are we forever gonna have our tax money paying for these illegals?? P.S. I have said this once, and I will say it again. It is an invasion. People say we invaded iraq. We have about 350,000 troops there. How many illegals do we have here, 12 to 20 million. So yeah, it is an envasion.

If you are pro illegal, then you are cool with people getting paid slave wages doing back breaking work. To me, this is kinda sick. It is exploiting people. It is robbing people of their human rights. It is not very humanitarian. They are all for people that should do crap jobs and not strive for an education that would really lead to a better life. Jobs Americans wont do, call the uneducated hungry immigrants, they are desperate, they will do our jobs for cheap. Kinda sick to me.

If Mexicans will do jobs in America that Americans won't do, why don't Mexicans do them in Mexico which is full of jobs that Americans won't do? just curious have fun and please leave the color of my skin out of this lol

I just read 9 Illegal Immigrants died in an accident running from Border patrol agents 22 were in the SUV. This time they didn't Kill anybody else. What about the next time. It could be anybodys family out driving and BANG dead because a car load of criminals are running from the law. Enough is enough. If these ppl are coming here to become Americans (eventually).How is that a "take over"?They want to become Americans!This is a nation of multiple cultures,meaning that all the different cultures that have migrated here have MADE American culture what it is today.
