Utter Chaos! Continuous pandemonium over silly issues,! Parochial flavour to all issues! Frequent adjournments! Failure to enforce discipline! Poor role model to citizens in discipline and administrative capability! Wastage of sweat money contributed by the people to run it! A skeletal caricature of legislative set up! Empty seats; dozing members, Shouting and screaming crowds in the Well - Helpless look of a once-great parliamentarian in the Presiding seat! Have a look; comment; suggest remedies and highlight some existing positive sides if any. Lileeann33

Donald Trump is often quoted as saying the war in Iraq is a disaster, Secretary of State Rice cannot close a deal. "She gets on the plane, waves, takes pics with national figures chats, gets back on the plane, and waves some more. Nothing is happening with her."

Trump talks of politics and says he has ruled out a run for public office even though he has been asked many times to declare his candidacy. Yet, Trump consistently talks politics and voices his opinion regarding national issues. He proudly talks about his ratings on "The Apprentice" as being high and his real estate investments are booming.

Would Donald Trump make a good candidate for public office...?

Should Donald Trump run for any office and what office would you like to see him seek...?

Bush and his cohorts cut taxes and underfund medical care for veterans, but continue to state how they are behind the troops. Here is an example of their "care" able to fund luxuruious VIP suites, while the veterans live in filth, vermin , and are poorly cared for. Thanks GW, and all the folks who voted for him.

It seem everytime the CIA finds some wannabe terrorist in some basement in Queens, or some farmer in Cali who may or may not have attended an Al Qaeda training camp, theu our thumping their chest how good of an intelligence job they did. And that srubing off some of our liberties and privacy is required for them to keep up "the good work". Yet they can not even find who dropped a dime on Valerie Plame, and she is one of their own they need to do "the good work". And by outing her, how many others working with her was exposed and executed? If I were a national of another nation and someone from the CIA asked me to help, I would not. I would be thinking if they can not even protect their own, how can they protect me and my family for helping take down my leaders? Maybe they(the CIA)where more loyal to the hand that feeds them(The White House)then their own?

Whenever there is touble within communities with a high ethnic minority the media always seem to talk to so called "Community Leaders" as if to gain a particular insight in to the issue of concern. Therefore, as my family, (Mom, Aunt, Great Aunt and Uncle and six different cousins), all live within five minutes of each other; could one of them become a Community Leader and represent our family's views and concerns at a local government level?

Article 6 deals with Federal Government.

"Article Six establishes the Constitution, and the laws and treaties of the United States made in accordance with it, to be the supreme law of the land, and that "the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, any thing in the laws or constitutions of any state notwithstanding." It also validates national debt created under the Articles of Confederation and requires that all legislators, federal officers, and judges take oaths or affirmations to "support" the Constitution. This means that the states' constitutions and laws should not conflict with the laws of the federal constitution-- and that in case of a conflict, state judges are legally bound to honor the federal laws and constitution over those of any state."

When I was younger, I used to believe that having rights was a given. The Constitution and Bill of Rights were fought for, bled for and many are still dying for them.
If I am advised that these days my rights have not been violated unless it is because of a few catagories (race, religion, sex or handicap). Am I unable to excersise the Right to Free Speech or Peaceful Assembly without fear of reprisal?
As a protestant white woman am I excluded from Speech and Assembly and Civic Participation without persecution? Has the Constitution changed in a way that I am unaware. Is this too menial for our Nations courtrooms?
