How does the Bush administration pay off those involved with 9/11?

Donald Rumsfeld told the nation that the Pentagon had "lost" 2.3 trillion dollars, roughly 25% of its budget.

This announcement was made on September 10, 2001.

That is true he did announce announce that a large amount of money was missing and it was swept up in the 9/11 aftermath. My bet is that all the actual players in the 9/11 farce are either dead or highly placed i.e. Rove, Wolfowitz and sort.

When Rumsfeld announced that $2.3 trillion was unaccounted for, please note that they were only 8 months into the Bush presidency. The defense budget, from the Clinton 2001 budget approved in Fall 2000 called for $324.9 Billion dollars, which was slightly more than the average of the Clinton era defense spending (which was 25% less than under Bush1 or Reagan.)

So, Rumsfeld was talking about the vast majority, if not all, of the Clinton Defense spending - because, pro rated, the only defense spending by Bush would have been about $210 Billion for 8 months.

So, the lack of accountancy for those $ trillions was being laid on the Clinton adminstration, not the Bush administration. Capisce? Claro?

ok, genius, the annual penatgon budget allocated in the last 3 fiscal years has been between 300-400 billion dollars. remember that billions are smaller than trillions. Your question has not a point.
