wake up, he hasn't done a thing for the people of Illinois, except take three trips to his fathers country, write two books, and god knows what else, he hasn't done a thing except voice opinions that someone else tells him to say, and is never part of the problem solving, just another politician using his race to appease everyone, and that's the saddest part of it all, hes not presidential material, oh yeah this is his first term, expect a lot of nothing in his next term too

Are you comfortable letting George Bush run our country as president? I'm sure not, and yet, he holds the office (I won't say he's elected).

I have no reason to be particularly concerned about Barak Obama, although I think it would be better if he waited four years to run for president -- he'll have more experience in the Senate by then (although most presidents recently have been former governors, which could explain some of the problems we've had with the relationship between the President and Congress).

I've become convinced that no one makes a great President. If you're a Democrat, surely you find Bush to be horrendous. If you're a Republican, you likely felt the same way about Clinton.

In other words, Obama isn't going to be any worse.

Why not? Is he a felon?

Actually, the only problem I have with Senator Obama is that he will not have even served a single full term as a Senator, which will generate a monetary and time burden upon his constituents
