I dont think i need to clarify, look around. This country could be the greatest in the world. We could solve world hunger. We could care for all the medical necessities in the country. We could care about each other... we just dont. After all, the american dream seems to be "What can i get out of it", not "What can i do to make a difference?" Could you imagine just for a minute, what would happen if all Americans united under a common goal? Set aside our petty squabbles, and decided the people involved were more important than being right. What would the world look like then, do you think?

It has now been shown that the government lied about the events that occured. These lies led to the convictions of Border Patrol Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. Also in the news this last week was the decision to send both men to prisons in other states...far from their families in Texas. And then we find out that one of the agents was attacked while in general population by other inmates and then not allowed medical treatment.
How does this make you feel about the judicial system and our beloved government?

I was driving yesterday thinking to myself what if the USA bought Mexico? What would happen? It would benefit Mexico but would it help the US? We would no longer need to worry about border control, except for south america. But I think it would be a great idea, let me know what you think.
