I have asked that question many times and need it answered. I have lots of my own opinions, but I would like to hear others, from Bush haters (like me) to Bush lovers. Today the republicans are supporting big government such as the no child left behind act and the patriot act, the democrats have truly lost control of the spending their party conducts yet they continue to get voted into office. I was wondering whether it is the councils responsibility to keep rubbish off of your street? we have loads of people walking past and rubbish ends up all down the road. Is it the people living on the roads responsibily to keep it clean or is that what we pay our council tax for? don't want to seem like a moaner if I ring them!

He is only the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy, and only when State Malitias are federalised is he their temporary Commander in Chief, but he is not the Commander in Chief of anything else.

If you are not in the Army or Navy, he holds no sway on anything.
