must i be born in the us to work for the fbi/cia ?
I was born in Israel, i am fluent in arabic/hebrew/english
How much should i expect to be paid? And if I'm an arab would they keep me under surveillance to make sure that am not a double agent?

People who work the CIA have been in law enforcement for a long time and have very good background records and can verify everything. It is EXTREMELY hard to become a CIA agent cause you are protecting the president with your life. Because you are from Israel....They might do a little more extensive background on you. Good luck even trying to get you application in.

You will be investigate up and down, side to side, before they will even consider you. If you could persuade them you are okay and you have the USA's best interest at heart, they might consider you only because you speak fluent arabic.
