I don't like them they prey on the poor.When they post checks that you write they post the largest first down to the smallest.They do this so that if you have a error,you will bounce twice as many checks,and they get twice the overdraft fees.That's B.S.

Bank of America sucks. An incompetent employee of there's pulled an con job on my mother that took months to straighten out.

From a customer point of view they have been great, their customer service is top notch and their card has your face on it so its harder to use if stolen. There have been times when I overdrafted and told them my bad i didnt know and they have reversed at least 400$ worth of overdraft charges, once again very good customer service.

However, from an American point of view I don't think their new policy of giving credit cards to people with NO SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS (which in theory is only people who shouldnt be here). But if you thinking of opening an account than yah its a great bank, lots of ATM's to.
