As I understand it, the Brits can overturn their government in a day, and the former prime minister has to vacate No. 10 Downing Street immediately. Wouldn't Americans be better off if we could do that with failed presidents? For now only impeachment, which has never worked, can rid us of a failed president who refuses to resign when the people have given him a vote of no confidence.

Back in the 1930's the government decided it needed to manage our retirement plan and named it social security. For 30years now they have dipped into my paycheck and taken money for my retirement. Now they are telling me that there is a chance that I may never see any of it. Do we really want a government that has so mismanaged and botched our retirement plan to manage our healthcare?

I mean, the whole thing just doesn't make sense to me.

Why do we always have to choose from a group of politicians? Aren't these the folks commonly equated as being liars and manipulators? Why not choose a president from another arena or walk of life.

Why does it always feel as if we are forced to choose the less of two evils when electing a president? Wouldn't it be great to feel like we were actually choosing between honest, intelligent, God fearing men....who have nothing in their hearts but honesty and good intentions for our nation?

I mean after you have 60 Millions $ US ( 15 Millions UK Pounds) Saved should you be taxed 95%? Like Globalisation should this become Global . ? To be enforced in Every Country ?

We have more youth i.e 50 crores if a person who contributes a hour to our society it will be around 50 crore hours per day, you cant imagine how much work will be done in this time. So enroll in civil defence to contribute your time and work to society in times of need.

So I am looking up the State of the Union Speach. Not reading the whole thing, just looking to get the basics, and I become aware that during his whole adress, Bush never mentioned huricaine relief for the south.

Now he did mention rebuilding Iraq. So important to rebuild. Why are we pumping billions of dollars overseas and not putting any money into rebuilding our own country? I mean, Iraq may need some help also, and they definetly need some different people in charge of where our money over there goes, but have we really put our own country on the back burner and just forgotten they exist down there?

A black man and a women running for president. This is media gold. Keep in mind that the media has reported stories that were sensational rather than newsworthy more times than we can count. Many people are intrigued by these two characters which is why everyone is talking about them. In my opinion, from now untill the elections in 22 months, people will loose interest in them when they find out where they stand on issues. Its sort of like a fad in the sense that when it passes we will all be looking back, reminessing about how we almost elected one of them into office. You would be surprissed how quickly one can fade out of the spotlight, and 22 months is plenty of time to do that.
