To cure our India from the deadly disease "POVERTY" we must educate each and every Indian from very poor to very rich, give oppurtunities and jobs to those who are below the poverty line ( even the rikshaw walas can understand and speak english fluently ) spend some money on the poor to help them start a new life

The first step is to ensure that all your children receive the best education possible and that all are provided the chance to be educated. I am not saying that you do not do this now (I am not that familiar with your education system) but that would be the first step. Even provide education and training for your adults that have none.
Secondly your government must make every effort to develop jobs for as many people as possible. I know that much manufacturing and assembly is leaving the US for countries where labor is cheaper. Things like competing for these would help since a person with any job is better than a person with no job. Things like this bring more money into your country.
There are many other things that might be done - too many for me to think of or list.

Free education for all, that includes books . money be given to those people who don't have enough to buy food and clothing. Free medical care to all who can not afford. The last stop corruption in the government and any other places. Be honest and respect for human kind poor or rich. If we do all above then we may be able to tackle poverty. Ten percent of Indians have more wealth then all India combined.

well my friend, while obviously many people have tried, perhaps there are many that prefer their own personal wealth locally and abroad.
I guess mabye you can try local chairities to do your part.
