for almost 60years America has supported Israel in every thing she has did , wehave gave them billions of our hard earned dolllars while they sit on their arses and hire Arabs to do their work including maids and servants, for almost every house hold, they can afford it with the money we give them $7.500 for each person , child or adult , Germany pays them a set amount , England pays them, they have a hell of a lot better living standard than Americans do yet they are always wanting more and we of course give them more as our politicians are afraid to counter them for fear of losing their jobs, including the president, when our president asked them to pull out of the golan hights and the west bank Airel Sharron told him to get screwed, and they have gave us the thumb every time we have asked them to do any thing, some say we need them for a stragetic platform, B,S, lok at the way they are situated and why have we not used ther country for a troop movement or any thing else

... for the day that a prime minister for England is elected and he turns around and says "you know what, screw Europe! Let's do it our way"?

Over the last 100+ we have lost a massive empire. Even though we have a financially stable economy and are classified as the biggest financial centre in the world we have allowed ourselves to become the brunt of jokes throughout the world. Why, because without going to war we managed to surrender. We have become a nation of people where political correctness has dominated us. Whatever we do is wrong. Whenever we are good, they never remember, whenever we are bad, they never forget!

This is really starting to bug me! This country was found on religious freedom, but yet we continue to contradict ourselves by pushing God out of our government! I believe if we don't do something, we're the next Roman Empire!

LIke so many of the Liberals Pelosi has fallen prey to the spotlight. She is trying to act presidential and forgets she is just the speaker of the house. Instead of tying up our troops in Iraq to protect her she should be back in congress giving them support.

Does anyone know about this?????? ".......it allows the President to declare a "public emergency" and station troops anywhere in America and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities." Signed into law by Bush in Oct. 2006. What would be the purpose of such?

Many Americans have the wrong idea about your system. Can you help to dispel these myths? You have to wait months for cat scans. Health care raises your taxes way up, and any other thing that you can add to the discussion would be appriciated.

There were probably fewer than 3 million people total on this continent when that esteemed gathering of leaders assembled to create this new land's Constitution. Just think of the leaders and intellectuals who were in Philadelphia and across the colonies.

We are now over 300 million.

Take a look at who is lining up for the Dems for 2008 and tell me where the rock-solid moral, Christian leadership can be found. Is it possible?

Members of Congress do not have their golden retirement parachutes based around social security...in fact I believe they do not have to pay into social security even. They can get hundreds of thousands without tax worries.

Do you think it is fair that they do not pay social security like the rest of us have to do? Depending on how long they are in office, they can get a very hefty retirement and not paid any toward soc.sec.

This is an offshoot of Hillary's question, but this is the **** she is proposing. Personally, I prefer to keep my income and find a health insurance policy that fits me and my families needs, not have the government tell me what they think I need. As far as making insurance affordable- how about lowering our taxes so that people can afford health care? You think premiums are too high- thank the lawyers.
