A division is created based on certain work load.Why one office is closed and another is opened with out justification?If full justification existis why not open a new division with new staff.The Railway employees are not affected due to this kind of racist action of some influential peoples of the country.Who is bearing the cost of the New set up ?It is the publics who pay the tax to the Govt.Stop such nueance work immidiately .President /Prime minister should interven and solve the issue.

as you already know due to political problems..too bad the people from palakkad didnt have the necessary lobbying powers to get it done.might is right or probably survival of the fittest.
