There is definitely more reason to impeach Bush than Clinton. A President who lies to the country to take it to war in which lives will be taken. It's a huge flagrancy of the law. Politicians should be held accountable for the lies they tell to the people. Or else they'll think they can get away with it time and time again. Especially if the media doesn't do the job they're suppose to be doing, state the facts to the people and putting liars on the spot. Instead of letting themselves be used as puppets and becoming cheerleaders to these perjurors. It wouldn't be a bad idea if Bush admits his guilt and resigns. We will all commend him by saying for once he's being honest.

Excuse me but Bill Clinton did get impeached. Impeachment "IS NOT" the removal of a president but the formal indictment of the president for high crimes and misdemeanors. When the House of Representatives drafted the Articles of Impeachment and passed them by 3/4 majority he was impeached. He was acquitted in the Senate and therefore was not removed from office, but he was most definately impeached.

You have it a bit misaligned
Clinton was impeached. He was not convicted or found guilty.
Impeachment is the alleged charge like criminal arraignment.
That said There are some obvious possibilities of wrong doing with Bush. Conspiracy is a most obvious.

No because the reasons that are obvious to you are not obvious to everyone. And Clinton was impeached but he was not found guilty and thus stayed in office. Impeachment is the same as being charged with an offense, not being convicted of it.

Clinton DID get impeached, he just didn't get removed from office. Impeachment is the action the House takes, removal is done by the Senate. Clinton became only the second president ever to be impeached. Do you get it? He WAS impeached. And what is obvious to you, certainly isn't to me.

No. Clinton knowingly lied to a grand Jury about the The Cigar Incident, Bush did not lie but was rather sold a bill of goods and bought it. While Bush should have done more research, and he catches all the flak as our leader (and rightly so), he did not intentionally mislead us. He can only be faulted for negligent leadership and delegation of authority.

.....yeah, the "obvious" is incorrect..... right. so starting a war using lies isnt a crime? wiretapping without warrants isnt a crime against american citizens? how about the failure to follow up on the promises made to help the people in hurricane Katrina? anything about the money missing from Haliburton's war contracts?
but you're right, they wont get impeached, because every time bush and cheney have been in court for anything to do with their grossly mismanaged careers they refuse to swear in on the bible. now, why would someone do that? hmmm.... i wonder.

I fail to understand why it isn't happening. Clinton lied about an extra-marital affair -- not morally sound behavior but not in any way related to his duties as President.
Bush swore to protect the US Constitution, something he has since referred to as a "damn piece of paper". His lies about Iraq being a threat to us and the supposed WMD's have unneccesarily cost thousands of lives.
Doesn't make sense, does it?

The Democrats have the votes to get him impeached but not enough to get him convicted.
