Why would a person work after saving the 60 Million? The liberals tried something similar to this during the Carter era with an increase in the capital gains tax. People quit investing and the economy went belly up. Increasing taxes on the wealthy is just as stupid as increasing the minimum wage. When you tax wealth the wealthy take their money and hide it. When you increase the minimum wage, business owners pass the cost on to the consumer by raising prices. The minimum wage earners make more money but it buys the same or less so they are no better off than they were before the increase and most of the time worse off. The best idea on capping anything would be to cap income tax at 10% and the first 75,000.00 would be tax free.

The only limits I would like to see go into effect immediately is the limit on terms a Senator and Representative can serve. They should be limited to the same as a governor and president. That way old turds like Kennedy have to get a job and really contribute to our country's success.

95%!!! No Way Man- that's ridiculous! That's money Earned!...and power, globally speaking, must be shared- it cannot be forced into a single entity, single power = easier corruption. I'm not rich by any means but taxing anyone 95% is distasteful for any American to have to pay!

There's nothing wrong with a Capitalist System, but there's plenty wrong with the dominating and controlling Robber Baron System.
