He is one of the most qualified PM in the world as far as his past experience and academic qualifications goes. BUT he has not performed as a PM so far. But I would rather have him than some others..better the devil you knoiw than the devil you dont. India just does not have too many honest people.

Nope i am not satisfied, as a person he is perfect prime misnister of the country, but when I see his Cabinet, I find lacking leadership qualities, the ministers like Dr Ramados and Shri Arjun Singh, are bit too narrow minded to be in the their respective ministries. But as a person I respect Dr Manmohan Singh.

Dr.Manmohan Singh is the best person for the job, we have to give him atleast one complete term of 5yrs, before we start commenting on his governance. We had the patience to tolerate stupid PM like V.P.Singh n the corrupt P.V.Narasimha Rao.
N guys dont forget that till date he is the best finance minister we have had, who in the year 1992 won the "Best finance minister of Asia" award, also in the same year "Best finance minister of the world" award.
That speaks volumes of his capability and his ability.

Dr.Manmohan Singh rocks, hes brilliant, sensible, highly qualified, highy knowledgable, highly experienced and he has served the country as the chief economic advicer to the union finance ministry, been the director of RBI and IDBI, deputy chariman of the planning commission, a finance minsiter, so he definitely knows what our country needs to progress, and now that he is the prime minister, i m sure this has given him the best opportunity to perform n plan solutions for most of the problems that our country faces...
We just have to give him some time, thats it......

Dr Manmohan Singh is intelligent and is concerned with prevailing poverty. He is chosen by a political party to lead over the Govt. and he has to follow party principles. This does not mean he is weak. This is a price for a democracy one has to pay. In a dictatorial set up, the Head of the Govt. can do anything they wish.
