Exactly what do I need and where can I go to get all the forms? The uscis.gov and travel.state.gov sites are not clear enough about the k-1 visa. What is my FIRST step in this process? My fiance is from Mexico. I've talked to an immigration attorney and he wants 1800 dollars to do everything. Please help and if you can give me a direct link to where I need to go that would be great.

I got an offer from US based software company, I paid money for H1B visa and employer will take care of getting H1B approval. Is any chance of not getting H1B approval. And possibly when wil I come to know my H1B application is approved Since the quota opens for india only on Oct. Thanks in advance for your ans.

My child was born in the UK I am an Irish citizen and his mother is a US citizen. We would like to get him a US passort, surely I dont get the childs photograph put onto it! he is changing almost by the day and when we go back to the states in around 7 months he will be a lot different.
