i am from iraq and i want to get visa to europe so how can i get it
or if there a website to fill a form or somthing like that to get the visa ??????

It depends on where in Europe you want to go. You must apply for a visa at the embassy of the country you will visit, or, if you intend to go to more than one Schengen country, you must apply at the embassy of the country where you will enter. Here is more information:

It depends on which country you would like to emigrate to. You could be an asylum seeker in Britain for example if you show fear to return to your own country.
